As we work to support the great and growing electric bike movement, we do offer repair and parts replacement services to most electric bicycles.
With the vast amount of bike brands, parts selections, and variety of parts supply from third party vendors, Volton requires an appointment to coordinate what needs work, and if we are able to help you. Unfortunately, we aren’t always able to schedule service when we are unsure of parts availability. NOTE – We do not allow unscheduled delivery of bike batteries for repair or installation without prior approval.
